Booking

Bookings are made through our website booking system, contact form, or after communication via WhatsApp.

When a booking is completed and payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation email containing the details of your reservation.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all booking information is correct.

Pricing

Prices are determined based on the selected service, distance, duration or route.

All prices shown during the booking process are final unless additional services or changes are requested.

Payment

Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Full payment may be required at the time of booking depending on the service selected.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled service are eligible for a refund.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time may not be refundable.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel a booking.

Delays

For airport pickups, we monitor flight arrivals when flight details are provided.

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control such as:
• traffic conditions
• weather conditions
• accidents
• strikes or road closures

Passenger Responsibility

Passengers must:
• provide accurate booking information
• arrive at the pickup location on time
• respect the driver and vehicle during the service

Any damage to the vehicle caused by passengers may result in additional charges.

Luggage

Passengers are responsible for ensuring that luggage fits within the vehicle capacity.

Excess luggage may require a different vehicle type.

Limitation of Liability

We aim to provide reliable and professional services at all times.

However, we are not liable for indirect losses, missed connections or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
